Lead Prayana

LEAD PRAYANA is an annual leadership journey for youth aged 18-26 hosted separately in the locations of Karnataka [starts from Hubballi (Hubli)], Telangana (starts from Hyderabad) and Uttar Pradesh [starts from Varanasi (Kashi)]. The journey of each state meets up for a leadership and cultural exchange and open hub of networking, called "Manthan" (sharing) at Hubli Karnataka.

With the aim to "unleash your leadership potential", join us for a memorable 1800km journey (Uttar Pradesh 5000kms) of lifetime. Two week fun-filled days you will meet and hear from more than 10 inspiring role models and speakers, see their extraordinary work, visit more than 8 destinations, take part in panel sessions, explore more than 12 unique organisations, institutions, MNCs and industries and create your own groups to share your hands-on experiential learning and build entrepreneurial and leadership mindset.
